3. Answer: Score each question 0-6 honestly
4. Review: Check radar chart and domain breakdown
5. Export: Save JSON for historical tracking

Offline PDF Assessment

1. Print: Scoring worksheet + domain rubrics
2. Gather: Same team prep as interactive
3. Score: Use rubrics, record on worksheet
4. Calculate: Sum domain totals (max 450)
5. Identify: Circle domains below 13 points

Scoring Guide

After the Assessment

1. Share: Results with team and stakeholders
2. Identify: Top 3 gaps (lowest scoring domains)
3. Review: Rubrics for those domains
4. Read: Improvement playbooks for guidance
5. Plan: Create action items with owners
